Approach
SANKALP pioneered the integrated Community Development Program in 2005 .an initiative
to turn slums and backward arias into vibrant neighbourhoods .SANKALP caters to multiple
needs of the poor by providing them with Rural Social and science centre. Through which
they have access to service such as Health , education, employment, micro planning,
promotion of women health hygiene security and sanitation , SHG micro finance affordable
housing. Water conservation, Agriculture farmer’s scientific training program with KVKs
and Govt. Agriculture department.
Since 2005, Sankalp focus was strengthening the community, building up leadership skills
and overall development of the community. The new approach of SANKALP for the coming
years is to work for vulnerable youth and women of the society.
